Position Overview: Boothill Inn is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and bathrooms according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture as needed.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris.
- Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective operations.
